  • Cloud Hosting: Supabase (database and authentication)
  • AI Services: Anthropic, OpenAI (for product recognition)
  • Analytics: Usage analytics providers
  • Push Notifications: Apple Push Notification service

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if necessary to:

5.3 Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. This will permanently delete:

  • Your profile information
  • Your coffee collection and scan history
  • Your reviews and tasting notes
  • Your achievements and journey progress

Some information may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

5.4 Notification Preferences

You can control push notifications through your device settings or within the App.

5.5 Location Data

You can disable location access through your device settings. Note that some features may be limited without location data.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest
  • Regular security assessments and updates

  • Employee training on data protection

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@hawasapp.com, and we will delete such information.
